Investigating the main reason for sales decline in a wood industry factory

Satisfaction of the customers from different departments of the factory

Decription:

In order to find the main reason for the decrease in sales, first, the 10-year sales of the factory were checked to determine the rate of decrease in sales, then the information was collected randomly from 105 customers in the form of a survey. Next, important features were extracted from the survey sheets and the final table was made.

Result

In the following, the level of satisfaction of the customers from different departments of the factory, which was asked in the survey, was checked in order to check which department the customers have the least level of satisfaction with.
